I had True Renewal clean my living room rug, two sofas, and the carpet in three rooms — and WOW, everything looks brand new again! The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They took great care with my furniture and worked efficiently without cutting any corners. I’m honestly amazed at how fresh and revived everything looks and feels. Excellent service from start to finish. The technicians from True Renewal were knowledgeable and thorough, tackling multiple pet stains that had been in the carpet for months. The results were impressive. Our carpets look brighter and cleaner, and even our couch looks revitalized. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took with our home. I will absolutely be using them again.

Chris and his team showed up right on time and got straight to work. They were super friendly, easy to talk to, and totally professional. The results of their hard work in cleaning my kids atrocious bedroom carpets was so surprising – we were convinced it was a lost cause and our carpets were just done for, but they brought them back to life. True Renewal did a FANTASTIC JOB on our carpeted rooms. We have two pups and we have accidents on the carpets and thats to be expected. We thought about renting a rug cleaner and doing it ourselves after spot cleaning wasnt cutting it. Enter Chris and Stephanie with True Renewal carpet cleaning service! Just like that, our entire carpet was clean AND pet accident spots disappeared! I HIGHLY recommend True Renewal carpet cleaning. Professional, punctual and professional from beginning to end!! Absolutely outstanding experience with True Renewal in Dripping Springs! Chris and Steph were incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable about every aspect of their business and products. From the moment they arrived, I felt completely confident in their abilities — and they delivered beyond expectations. They cleaned my large sectional sofa, a few other couches, my movie room and closet carpets that had pet stains and a couple of rugs, and the results are amazing! My couch looks and smells better than it has in years. They even removed stubborn stains I’d tried to tackle with other products, with no success until now. We just had True Renewal come out to clean our couches, king mattress and carpets😁 The owners are well versed in their trade and very professional. We have noticed a large reduction in allergy symptoms since they serviced our home last Monday. We are more than happy with the results and will have them come out again at least 1x a year✨✨✨ A clean home is a healthy home!

We just had True Renewal clean our upholstered bed, master rug and living room rug. They did an amazing job removing stains that had been there for 2 years. The bed looks brand new! as do the rugs. Chris was prompt, polite, efficient and professional. It was clear he was well trained and knew the difference between a wool/viscose rug vs a rayon/wool and cotton. First photo is the upholstered bed with coffee drips down the side. Photo 2 and 3 are the bed and rug after. Unbelievable! I have used Steam Team, Stanley Steamer and several others, this was a better experience and outcome from start to finish.

Chris and his team went above and beyond! They squeezed us in last minute without hesitation and delivered results that completely exceeded expectations. The before-and-after photos don’t even begin to do their work justice — our carpets and upholstery look brand new! I would give them 1000/10 if I could. So happy I found True Renewal. I had been procrastinating about getting our carpets cleaned. Looked up recommendations on Belterra Neighbors and found True Renewal. A local company. Chris was very responsive and I received an estimate and appointment very quick. The price is reasonable for all the work he does. It is not just steam cleaning but a very thorough process of pretreatment and scrubbing. Our 17 year old carpets look and feel like new, they are so soft to walk on now. No residue. The carpet was almost dry to the touch by the time he left. Really enjoyed talking to Chris also. He is very respectful and just an all round good guy

If you’ve ever wondered whether a carpet can survive the full force of a teenage boy + Taco Bell combo, I can assure you it can—if you call True Renewal Carpet Cleaning. I thought we were going to have to set the carpet on fire and start over, but they showed up right on time (a miracle in itself), smiling, friendly, and ready to tackle what can only be described as… a biological hazard zone. Not only did they clean it up like it never happened, but they made the whole process easy and actually kind of fun. They were professional without being stiff, and it’s clear they care about their work and their customers. The fact that they’re a local, family-owned business in Dripping Springs sealed the deal for me—I’d much rather support neighbors who put pride into their service than some big franchise that treats you like a number. If they can handle teenage Taco Bell aftermath, your carpets are in very good hands. I’ll be calling True Renewal again, hopefully next time for a normal spill and not a fast-food disaster.

Chris was quick to respond, quick to book, and went above and beyond to make sure our couch was back to normal! We just had True Renewal come out to clean our daughter’s bedroom carpet, and I am beyond impressed! She had makeup and other mystery spills literally mashed into the carpet (the kind of stains I thought were there for good), and now it looks brand new. The technician was punctual, professional, and so friendly, and it was nice not to have dirty hoses coming through the front door from a truck on the street. I could tell he really took pride in his work. I’ll definitely be using True Renewal again and recommending them to everyone I know, and it feels good to support and recommend a local, family-owned business.
